We had a great time. Everything was good, food, show and of course our bus driver Rick. Stout never disappoints.

We had a great time. Trip was very organized. Easy for senior citizens. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Good food and great show. If you have another trip like this I will definitely go. It was a lot of fun.

My sister and I had a great time. Transportation and the driver were superb, the cruise was comfy and informative and the vouchers were definitely beneficial. We spent a lot of time in the casino, and it was fine. Good non-smoking areas, fun slots and we enjoyed watching the "high rollers" play. I would definitely go on this trip again.

As always, well organized and stress free. I always feel safe traveling with Stouts. Our driver, Rich, is a real pro and really looks out for his passengers. The Tropicana is a fun place to spend the day and finish up with a lively show before quickly exiting to catch the bus back to your pick up spot.

All in all we had a great time and I look forward to the next trip. Of course, nothing is ever perfect, and there is always a lessons learned, such as: A little glitch at the get go with our bus not having the luggage capacity necessary for the number of passengers on board. Although it was worked out, it caused unnecessary anxiety in the beginning. A heads up that theme night entertainments started after 10pm, and held outdoors. Although Norwegian staff was excellent, the corrective action to ongoing problems was lacking. Ie, Broken ice machines in main dining buffet was a little disappointing for the entire week, using community ice buckets;difficulty with opening balcony doors all week;variation in water temp for showers was hit or miss; hair dryer attached where this was no mirror. The good outweighed the bad, but hopefully “lessons learned” will help future travelers.
