All in all we had a great time and I look forward to the next trip. Of course, nothing is ever perfect, and there is always a lessons learned, such as: A little glitch at the get go with our bus not having the luggage capacity necessary for the number of passengers on board. Although it was worked out, it caused unnecessary anxiety in the beginning. A heads up that theme night entertainments started after 10pm, and held outdoors. Although Norwegian staff was excellent, the corrective action to ongoing problems was lacking. Ie, Broken ice machines in main dining buffet was a little disappointing for the entire week, using community ice buckets;difficulty with opening balcony doors all week;variation in water temp for showers was hit or miss; hair dryer attached where this was no mirror. The good outweighed the bad, but hopefully “lessons learned” will help future travelers.

Stout Travel always goes above and beyond and is accommodating to their clients. Pickup from the clubhouse to the cruise check-in was very a smooth. Chris our driver on our embarkation and disembarkation did a great job in navigating picking us up and loading and unloading every piece of baggage. NCL Cruise was great. We had a Great time staff on ship was very accommodating. Was a little disappointed in the food. Shows were very good.

Our transportation to the pier was a bit underwhelming because the bus was not large enough to accommodate all of our luggage. A van needed to be called to pick up the remaining bags. This put a definite damper and unnecessary stress to those whose bags did not come with them. In the end it all worked out. The cruise was great and our group had a nice time.

We had a great time. Met new people and enjoyed the food at Hersey buffet. Looking forward to next year’s trip to see Jonah
