Stouts Tour & Travel

We had a surprise yesterday.  Our usual driver was unavailable and Dominic was with us for the day.  He was excellent in every regard.  Our trip to Lake Hopatcong, NJ for a cruise on the Lake on Miss Lotta was fantastic even if the weather was a little chilly.  Driving on those windy roads is no easy job and his expertise was appreciated.  Thank you Dominic for a great day for our group

We had a great time. Rich our driver was the best, he went above and beyond. The hotel was beautiful and our tours were great.

Festival of Lights and Shaw Film Festival in Niagara Falls, CA

We had a terrific time... smooth comfort able ride up and back ...people were terrific... food was fantastic and the Falls were spectacular....
Can't wait for our next adventure...

The trip to Canada was excellent.  Professional employees from the hotel to all the restaurants and the people we came in contact with.  We had a wonderful bus driver, he made the trip even better very professional and really helpful in whatever he does.

I have to start off as Rich the bus driver is dynamite while we're on the bus while we're off the bus he went beyond what was expected as a bus driver this would be my third outing on your bus outstanding every time with him Niagara Falls was beautiful I had a wonderful time the only thing I would suggest for the restaurant Table Rock I wasn't impressed the food was nothing to write home about but otherwise everything was excellent

We had a wonderful time with great meals and many attractions.  Our bus driver was great.

Comfortable ride, very nice accommodations and well planned itinerary. Our driver, Rich, was terrific. He worked with the trip coordinator to adjust our schedule as needed. 
The group was friendly and we shared common interests. I would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed the trip to the Tropicana to see the NJ Tenors.  Excellent show, highly recommend.  The range of their voices and song genres was amazing.  As always the Stout experience was wonderful, best bus driver out there,  highest quality comfortable bus transportation and great customer service. Thank you again Stout!

Great driver, fun trip
Not sure though why there was a person that got extra perks from the casino as the group leader. 
We did not have a group leader, the only person talking to us about the trip was the driver. 
Those perks should have gone to the driver or no one.

Just as we expected, had a great ride to Atlantic City and received insight and information about potential sights to visit for the community we represent. The travel representatives were very helpful. 

Our Trip to Cape May on October 1, 2025 was more than we all expected.
The coach and coach operator was excellent.
Our tour of the Village by Mike was very informative and they also let us
sample some of the beers before we enjoyed our great lunch at The Grange Restaurant.
Headed to Cape May and Washington Street added to the day.  Our Troly tour was very
interesting.  The Guide was so informative we all learned more than Cape May just
for the beach.  Farming Lima Beans is big.  So the whole day was perfect.  
Do not miss the opportunity to visit Cape May.

The Airport shuttle was a great idea and the service was excellent.  The pickup at the airport was flawless, the trip was enjoyable and the return trip to the airport was on-time and drop off was easy.  The service made the trip from Philadelphia to Atlantic City hassle free which always adds to the enjoyment of travel.  All I can say is THANK YOU so very much.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Stout's Travel and Tours for my recent trip to and from Philadelphia Airport. to the Lions Club Leadership Forum in Atlantic City, New Jersey. From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. Andrea was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions promptly, which made me feel completely at ease. The directions to find the bus at the airport were clear and easy to follow, making the pickup and drop-off hassle-free. I felt very safe riding with Stout's Travel and Tours, and the professionalism of the staff truly stood out. Using Stouts bus service from Philadelphia airport to Harrahs in Atlantic City was easy and comfortable. The one difficulty I had was finding the right place to meet the bus at the Philadelphia airport. The instructions on the receipt letter were not very specific.

Stouts was there to pick us up from the airport and return from Harrahs . Quick and efficient . Having 2 employees at each site to help with all the luggage was a plus ! Pleasant drive and got to see the Stadium ! Thank you very much

Our trip was great. We had the bus pick us up at a bus stop sign at the airport. 

Shuttle bus was easy to find and comfortable. Return trip was just as easy.

Stouts Tour & Travel did a great job shuttling the mass group of lions to and from the airport to the convention center. 
Their drivers were good, courteous and helpful. Their coaches were clean and comfortable. We will use them again when the need occurs.

The trip was more than I expected.  The bus departure and arrival schedule was timely with professional and courteous drivers, comfortable ride with comfortable seats.

Well organized.  A lot of vendors/booths.  We received a ton of information and gifts.  Stout representatives explained how they will do all the work for us.  And that we can combine with other people if we don't have a bus load is wonderful!!!

The bus drivers going to and from the airport were efficient, professional, and did a great job of getting us to where we needed to be.

Excellent driver both ways in both pouring rain, high traffic volume, and middle of the night hours. 

Had trouble finding the bus at the airport.  Eventually found it.  
On return trip, driver did not announce what terminals we were at.

The shuttle drivers were polite and helpful.

The drivers and support staff were great at getting us connected once we landed in Philadelphia. Many of us had to call to figure out ever the bus would stop but the charger service reps were patient, helpful, and polite. 

The drivers accommodated all of us -- especially those with disabilities without delay or conflict. That was very refreshing and professional. 

My only suggestion is that riders can be sent the pick up route/instructions the day before they arrive to avoid so much confusion once they land. Nobody at the airport seemed informed and the confusion was high as people arrived from all over the world for this international conference. 

 Thank you for being professional and providing reliable and safe passage! Great job by all!! 

I had a great time. The transportation was great on time and very professional. Overall accommodations were a little higher than I thought would be. But I had a great time and met some wonderful people. Thank you for everything.
