Final  Itinerary to be issued 2-3 weeks prior to departure.  Additional pick up location could be added to accommodate clients which may alter the departure time from clubhouse up or back 15-20 minutes. Watch for final itinerary 2-3 week prior to trip date.

Preliminary Itinerary

Day One – Wednesday December 10, 2022
 

8:45am Arrive Ridgeway Fire House and prepare to board bus. Park in rear along grass line away from building. Remember to lock your car and put your keys in secure place.

Seating on bus has been assigned. 

9:00 am  Depart from Ridgeway Volunteer Firehouse

2848 Ridgeway Road Manchester, NJ 08759

 Please arrive 30 minutes prior to bus departure.

11:30 am Arrive at Casey Jones for  lunch. Experience country hospitality the JA way! Historic charm. nestled within twelve acres of rolling meadows, this unique property will delight you with its sophisticated farmhouse ambiance and friendly, attentive service. Take a quick spin around the grounds that George Washington once walked on.

After lunch we will depart for Lancaster, PA

 1:30 pm  Arrive at Kitchen Kettle Village

You will have 1-hour to wander through Kitchen Kettle Village. This wonderfully charming walking village has over 40 shops and restaurants built around the nationally celebrated Jam and Relish Kitchen.

2:45 pm  Arrive at your overnight accommodations. Fulton Steamboat Inn. Your bags will be taken to your room upon arrival. 

 Check in and take some time to freshen up before your evening plans.

 5:30 pm Board your motorcoach for dinner and show.

6:00 pm Arrive at the Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre -assigned tables

7:30 pm Dinner begins at followed by show – 

10:15 pm Approximate arrival time back at Fulton Steamboat Inn – 

Speak to driver about times to have bags outside room for ample time to load onto coach in the AM – 

Day Two – Thursday December 11, 2025

7:30-8:30 am Enjoy your Family-Style breakfast at the Hotel.  

9:45 am  Depart for the American Music Theater.

10:00 am Arrive at the American Music Theater with time to visit and see this multi-million-dollar theater. American Music Theatre is all about the music and there's enough of it to suit any age and every taste. 

10:30 am SHOW TIME!  American Music Theatre, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, 

12:45 pm   Approximate departure for lunch/early dinner 

1:00 pm   Arrive at the Hershey Farms Restaurant for lunch and shopping

3:00 pm  Board your motorcoach for home. 

6:00 pm   Approximate arrival time home. 

All itineraries are subject to change. Every attempt will be made to include all sites listed within this itinerary. At times, circumstances beyond our control such as admission lines, traffic, closures, weather and late arrivals can severely restrict timing and cause items to be excluded. All timing, except scheduled appointments, is approximate. In the event a passenger does not return to the motorcoach at the scheduled time (as directed by the motorcoach driver/tour guide), and the motorcoach departs without them, Stout’s Tours cannot be held responsible for any portions of the tour missed as a result, and the passenger is responsible for securing alternate transportation at their own cost. All tour packages include roundtrip motorcoach transportation and no portion of this package will be given to anyone not onboard the coach. Persons not on the coach will be considered “NO SHOWS” and will forfeit all parts of the tour package including but not limited to, tickets, meals, and admissions. 

No refunds will be given for “NO SHOWS”.

Questions: Please feel free to call us ahead of departure date. Driver will have color coded luggage tags for you at pick up if you would like one. It is suggested to put your name and phone number inside your luggage in case it is misplaced. A small backpack is suggested for your morning routine after breakfast in case they ask for luggage to be put out before you go to breakfast. Speak to driver/guide and greeter.
